German beers are subtly complex. My favorite at Prost was a collaboration done with Dogfish Head, a rare roggenbier they called the CollaboRyeZen. I hope that’s not like saying that my favorite song at someone’s concert was the cover that they played, but I have a feeling it’s eerily similar (my mom’s favorite song that I play is a cover, so I get it…).
